I have been on a zero waste / recycle / precycle kick for a little bit now, and found this site to be one of my favorites. By signing up with them, they will monitor and take you off of spam lists (paper spam that is). Here is a postcard and piece of spam I got the other week (a little small but the postcard is from the company that sends the spam, letting me know that I am now off their list):
